What is the origin of neeDesign products?
On the neeDesign website all products are handmade by companies, craftsmen who have been carefully selected for their experience in the sector, for the quality of the materials used and for the attention to detail. All products are exclusively made in Italy and made in Switzerland.

I can return an item I purchased?
Needesigndoes not acceptproduct returns as personalized, unless they arrive non-compliant or defective.
However, only selected products that are called can be returnedRETURN LINEwithin 7 calendar days from the delivery date of the products. The items must be returned intact, in the same condition in which they were received, with the labels and their original packaging included. All the products on neeDesign are customizable. Access the personalization tab of each product to view the history of the brand and the possible alternatives of finishes, color, dimensions or any materials not present in the description.
