Instructions for laying

The designer Italo Pertichini was born in Gebenstorf in Switzerland. His artistic training began by attending the Art Institute of San Giovanni in Fiore and later graduated in industrial design at the ISIA in Rome. The technical-aesthetic training acquired is the basis of his work as a designer. He deals with product design, interior design, furniture design, graphic design. He collaborates with big names in national and international design such as Gallotti & Radice, Adrenalina and Slide. He is the founder of the Wallivy wall decor 3d brand and designs the entire collection of three-dimensional decorations to be applied to the wall.
All the decorations are made of Bfix-Wallivy a material very similar to a ceramic plaster, ecological and biodegradable, biologically safe thanks to the natural derivation of its components, completely non-toxic and with a high surface hardness similar to ceramic. Originality, innovation, versatility and exclusive design are the main strengths of Wallivy decorations. All models are entirely made in Italy with artisan methods, precision and attention to detail.
Perfectly integrated with the existing wall, Wallivy decorations can be painted with synthetic, acrylic, solvent or water colors.

Delivery time :28 working days from the order

The delivery times defined above are purely indicative. The products are customized and made especially for you, but we will ensure that you are dispatched as quickly as possible. For this reason neeDesign will take care to keep you updated on the state of processing and shipping of your product.

The working days mentioned in these GTC are meant every day except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays legally recognized in Italy, Switzerland and in the Canton of Ticino, by the courier in charge, the post office, the shipping company and/or transport and at the customer's place of residence or residence.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are always indicated in the order summary, before payment confirmation. Shipping costs include transport insurance and any customs VAT and duties.

The following delivery options are present:

Small volumes:

- STANDARD transport:delivery of the parcel on the street level, unpacking by the customer.

-EXPRESS transport:delivery of the parcel to the street level, unpacking by the customer.

Large volumes:

- INSIDE DELIVERY transport:delivery to the floor with unpacking, installation of the product and collection of the material used for packaging, assembly works are excluded.

It is important to check that the package received has not been damaged in the packaging or inside it. If damage is evident, indicate"ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE"on the delivery receipt of the courier, specifying the reason for this reservation (for example:damaged package, package missing, part or all of the damaged product etc ...).
